Bio

I started my career in the mortgage industry in 1985 in Northern Virginia / Washington DC. Relocated to Myrtle Beach, SC in Aug 2001 with a job change to manage the mortgage department for a local bank. I started working with the HECM program in 2006 to assist my clients to better their retirement years. My experience and knowledge of the HECM programs (especially H4P) has allowed me to assisted my customer base to fulfill their retirement goals and lifestyle.
