About Me

I have over 20 years of broad-based experience in Trust and Financial Planning, plus an additional 11 years as a Mortgage Loan Originator.

As a Licensed Reverse Mortgage Loan Originator, my focus is helping homeowners 62 and older understand the entire Reverse Mortgage program from beginning to end — including all of our solution-driven products and all of the possibilities they offer. That’s the first step in helping you determine how a Reverse Mortgage could benefit your retirement planning and help to fund your future.

For so many homeowners age 62 and older, a reverse mortgage – or Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) – could be the most versatile and effective way to turn the equity you have in your home into funds you can use, or set up a “standby” line of credit which can be accessed years later. Once the line of credit is established, the line has an automatic growth just waiting to be used when you need it.

As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), I take great pride in being able to provide all the facts and figures you need to make an informed financial decision. We’ll work together one on one – using ever how much time it takes – to explain how reverse mortgages work … to talk through your options … to answer your questions.

Whatever your goals – getting cash now, delaying Social Security or limiting retirement portfolio draws, purchasing a new home, or adding a steady source of income – I’m here to help you make the right financial decisions about funding your future. Let’s work together to know if a reverse mortgage is right for you.

It’s time to take an active step in changing your life for the better. Just call for a brief overview of how Reverse Mortgage works.
