Bill Cave brings a rare combination of industry expertise and a deep passion for serving seniors to his role as a reverse mortgage advisor. Licensed in Arizona, Illinois, New Mexico, and Wisconsin, Bill is dedicated to helping older homeowners explore financial solutions that support aging in place, financial independence, and long-term peace of mind.

For over 13 years, Bill has volunteered as a SHIP Counselor with the Area Agency on Aging – Region 1 in Arizona, providing free and unbiased Medicare guidance to local retirees. His community commitment extends even further—he’s donated time, funds, and services to organizations like the Alzheimer’s AssociationTempe Police DepartmentH.E.L.P. (Homeless Engagement Lift Partnership), and other local non-profits. His work is rooted in a deep understanding of senior needs, informed by his academic background in Health Services Administration and Gerontology from Ithaca College.

Outside of work, Bill is a devoted husband and father. He coaches flag football at Annunciation Catholic School and youth lacrosse for Arizona Youth Lacrosse (AYL). His family enjoys trail biking, traveling, catching the latest movies, and spending quality time together.
