David is a Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP®) and one of only 210 individuals nationwide to hold this prestigious designation. With nearly two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, David has been exclusively originating reverse mortgages since 2009. He is passionate about helping retirees unlock the financial potential of their homes through Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECMs) and other government-insured reverse mortgage solutions.
Based in Scituate, Massachusetts, David proudly serves clients across Massachusetts and Florida, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of seniors in the region. He is a longstanding member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association (NRMLA) and adheres to its strict Code of Ethics and Best Practices Policy. David’s commitment to education and advocacy extends beyond his work, as he serves on the Money Management Advisory Board at South Shore Elder Services.
In May 2024, David was honored with a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for Excellence in Collaboration by Old Colony Elder Services.
