Eric D. Miller brings both professional expertise and a deep commitment to community service to his role as a Reverse Mortgage Advisor in California. With a strong foundation in lending and a passion for helping others, Eric takes pride in helping older homeowners explore smart, flexible financial solutions designed to support a more secure and comfortable retirement.

Eric serves as Board President of Easy Lift Transportation, a vital non-profit organization providing specialized dial-a-ride services to individuals unable to use public transportation due to physical, mental, or cognitive disabilities. Under his leadership, Easy Lift delivers more than 75,000 rides per month in South County, supporting seniors, individuals with disabilities, and community members during natural disasters in partnership with CenCal Health and other government agencies.

Eric is also an active member of Provisors, a respected business networking group, and a founding member of Santa Barbara Leading Lenders, a local group of top mortgage professionals who collaborate and share knowledge to better serve their clients.

Beyond his professional and volunteer work, Eric enjoys staying active in the Santa Barbara community. He’s been a proud member of the Arnoldi’s Restaurant bocce league for 15 years, and you’ll often find him cycling the coast or on the pickleball courts—a sport he picked up after retiring from tennis.
