Ashley Banks is a Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer with Mutual of Omaha Mortgage who is passionate about helping older adults achieve greater financial confidence and peace of mind in retirement. With more than 12 years of mortgage lending experience, she believes every older adult deserves a trusted advisor who takes the time to educate, listen and empower them to make informed decisions about their future.
Ashley enjoys helping older adults discover how the equity they’ve built over a lifetime can become a valuable financial resource. Whether the goal is to age in place, improve monthly cash flow or create greater financial flexibility in retirement, she is committed to helping clients understand their options and make confident decisions that align with their personal goals.
Her favorite part of the job is building genuine relationships and knowing she’s making a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals and families she serves.
Outside of work, Ashley is a proud mom of two amazing boys who inspire everything she does. Her youngest son has special needs and has taught her the true meaning of resilience, patience and celebrating life’s little victories. Those experiences have shaped the compassion, empathy and servant-hearted approach she brings to every client relationship.
When she’s not helping clients, Ashley enjoys exploring local coffee shops, spending time with family and friends, traveling, working out with her trainer and planning her next adventure. She also dedicates time to her faith-based nonprofit, which empowers single mothers through financial education, personal development and building a foundation for generational wealth.
