About Me

HERO Development Originator | Mutual of Omaha Mortgage

I bring over 30 years of real estate experience to homeowners seeking smart, secure equity solutions. I’ve been licensed in California since 1995, with a background in residential lending, home purchases, and refinancing. Beginning in 2003, I worked in purchasing and construction management with PulteGroup / Del Webb, where I gained valuable insight into 55+ active adult communities.

I also served 14 years in law enforcement and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, graduating Summa Cum Laude. During that time, I conducted complex investigations, including financial elder abuse cases—experiences that deeply shape my commitment to protecting senior homeowners.

Today, I specialize in 55+ SecureEquity and 62+ HECM solutions, helping clients with purchases, refinancing, and strategic equity planning delivered with clarity, transparency, and integrity.

My mission is simple: to help homeowners access their equity with confidence and long-term security.
