Sandy Leon-Davis is a dedicated and experienced Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. She specializes in providing comprehensive financial solutions to homeowners aged 62 and older, helping them convert a portion of their home equity into tax-free funds for those who qualify.
In her role at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, Sandy provides realtor education courses on Lifestyle Home Loans, also known as the reverse mortgage for purchase or HECM for purchase. These courses are designed to equip realtors with the knowledge and skills they need to better serve their clients.
Additionally, she offers education to local mortgage loan professionals about Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) Loans, more commonly known as revere mortgages. Her expertise in this area has made her a valuable resource for professionals seeking to understand the complexities of these loan types.
Community Involvement
Beyond her professional commitments, Sandy is deeply involved in her community. She serves as a volunteer for both Habitat for Humanity and United Way, two organizations that strive to improve the quality of life for individuals and families in need.
