About Me
I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 1996, starting my career as a forward mortgage loan officer with local community banks. Today, I focus on helping clients prepare financially for their retirement years through reverse mortgages. I take pride in working closely with financial planners and family members to ensure everyone understands both the risks and rewards of equity withdrawal programs.
When I meet with clients, I always share the “Four Nevers” of reverse lending:
- You never give up the title to your home.
- You never owe more than the value of your home.
- You never have to move out.
- You never have to make a mortgage payment*.
My goal is to guide you through the process with honesty and care, starting with a free, no-obligation financial review to determine which of our products best meets your goals and financial needs.
Outside of work, I stay very involved in my Severna Park and surrounding town communities. Proud member of the Severna Park Chamber of Commerce. I serve as a percussionist, lector and Knights of Columbus at Our Lady of the Fields Catholic Church, and I’m part of the men’s group TMIY at St. John the Evangelist. I also had occasionally played with the Praise Group at Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church, in addition to having performed with several regional bands over the years.
I’m also a proud graduate of Cecil Leadership, Class of 2018, and have deep family ties to Chesapeake City, where I plan to retire and continue giving back to the community. Another passion of mine is the car industry—I’m an avid Corvette enthusiast and enjoy following automotive trends.
My motto is simple: “Let’s get involved and find a solution!”
