We founded our Diversity Equity and Inclusion Department and Mission

We have established three Employee Resource Groups (ERG)s to help support our employees:

We created two Diversity Councils to help with Diversity initiatives
- The Diversity Advocate Council
- The Diversity Leadership Council
We founded an internal Diversity Podcast called: Morning DiversiTEA to celebrate our diversity
We created specialized Diversity and Inclusion training for our people leaders and employees
We developed new ways to connect with our diverse borrowers and their communities
