Hello there! I’m Bruce Hancock, a reverse mortgage specialist working for Mutual of Omaha Mortgage. Since starting my journey in the mortgage industry in 1984, I’ve found my true calling in assisting seniors secure better retirements. It’s not just about work for me; it’s a genuine passion.
Throughout my career, I’ve prided myself on being a hard worker and always striving for excellence. This has led me to consistently be a top producer — a testament to my dedication and commitment.
When I’m not helping seniors unlock the cash hidden in their walls through their home equity, you can find me on the golf course or spending quality time with my lovely wife. Life for me is an exciting mix of work, sport, and family. In addition to golf, I’m an avid pickle ball player and also enjoy playing softball and basketball.
Service to the community is something I value deeply. As a member of the Lions Club, I aid in efforts to support the elderly, the poor, and children. I’m also part of the world’s largest American Legion at Post 347, which helps veterans all over the world.
I’m based primarily in The Villages in Florida, but I am licensed to originate loans anywhere in the state of Florida and New Jersey.
My faith in the Lord, which my wife and I embraced 30 years ago, guides me in my commitment to make a difference in people’s lives.
