About Me

Ken Rivera is a Home Equity Retirement Originator at Mutual Of Omaha and helps those 62 and over utilize their home equity to assist in retirement. Reverse mortgages help those in or nearing retirement to preserve their liquid assets or supplement their retirement income.

Prior to working with Mutual Of Omaha, Ken served 8 years in the U.S. Navy. He then started in the real estate industry in 1983 and transitioned to mortgage lending in 2000. In 2005, with American Pacific Mortgage, he began originating reverse mortgages. He also worked with Bank of America and American Advisors Group and is now with Mutual Of Omaha Reverse Mortgage.

Ken earned a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from CSU Stanislaus. He also enjoys golf and watching college basketball.
