About Me

Through professional growth and continued education I proudly serve clients throughout NC, SC, GA and VA.  A native of Wilmington, NC, I have strong roots in the community and neighboring counties

With more than 30 years of mortgage experience I have found success through my personal motto of  “Always striving to deliver more than promised.”  Educating my clients about home equity conversion is a natural pathway into exploring the features and benefits of the HECM program.  Understanding their retirement goals is key to planning the appropriate retirement mortgage.

I am fortunate that most of my family is nearby or within reasonable travel distance for visits. Leisure time is spent with family and friends around the Intracoastal or at our tree farm in Maple Hill, just 45 minutes away from the city.
