Bio

Mary has a servant’s heart and is passionately committed to helping people. “I feel it’s God’s purpose and a ministry in itself to help seniors age in please to have their best possible retirement.” She and her husband believe so much in the unknown retirement strategies of reverse mortgage they got one themselves at age 62! Mary has become one of the top national reverse mortgage producers. She loves sharing the good news of the gospel on the new Reverse Mortgage.Mary has been in the mortgage/real estate related industry since 2011. In 2017, she specifically chose to specialize in and focus only on Reverse Mortgage Refi and Reverse for Purchase. She knew the majority of seniors and those in banking, real estate and financial planning did not and many still do not know the basics or the amazing benefits of reverse mortgage. She also realized the “booming” senior population was being overlooked and underserved, many of which could greatly benefit from a reverse mortgage. She has become an advocate and industry expert educating consumers and other professionals learn how seniors can and should have a better quality of life.Mary’s youthful desire getting her degree in Social Work continues to drive her determination to be a difference maker in other people’s lives. She feels that when she is helping others, she is living her purpose driven life. The Social Work motto when she was in college was “helping others help themselves” and that still rings even truer today. In 2013 Mary temporarily diverted from her mortgage career when she saw need for honest, affordable, legal credit restoration business. She started Covenant Credit Repair to help people reach the American dream of home ownership. In 4 years’, time she and her company received multiple awards from the Ft. Worth Better Business Bureau including: Customer Service TORCH Award, The BBB Customer Service Award for Parker County, identified as one of the Top 25 Women in Business in Tarrant and surrounding counties, and was one of only 5 BBB A+ rated credit repair firms in all of Texas. Additionally, Mary received awards from East Parker County Chamber for Entrepreneur of the Year and Businessperson of the Year, back-to-back. Unfortunately, like credit repair, reverse mortgage has had a negative stigma from decades ago, but Mary’s fierce determination, respected reputation and sincere passion to help others overcomes that. She feels blessed and achieves a sense of gratitude and heart felt reward for helping seniors.Mary is on the board of the Ft Worth Mortgage Bankers Association and member of various associations including the Greater Ft Worth Association of Realtors and North Texas Association of Mortgage Professionals.
