Michael Hermann specializes in giving seniors the tools they need to be able to continue living in their homes. When he joined the reverse mortgage industry in 2021, he established a goal of educating seniors on the benefits of a reverse mortgage.

Since joining the reverse mortgage industry, Michael has seen that “this too shall pass.” The older generation has the wisdom to make good, long-term decisions for their retirement needs.
Michael currently resides in Aptos, California. He enjoys ocean watersports and hiking in his local state parks. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.

Michael volunteers and donates to the Grey Bears, an organization that supports seniors through food deliveries and provides other resources.
When not working, he loves to hike at UC-Santa Cruz, Nisene Marks State Park, and Henry Cowell State Park. I enjoy swimming and ocean water sports in the Monterey Bay, and exercising at Toadal Fitness.
He also enjoys going with my wife and daughters to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Wilder Ranch State Park, and the UC-Santa Cruz Arboretum & Botanic Garden.
