Shana Roach brings 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry to Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage. She is an expert in Reverse, FHA, VA, and Conventional Loans for Purchase and Refinance. Shana began her career in lending with Fidelity Federal Savings and Loan in the assumptions department in 1990.  She has since worked with Directors Mortgage, Commonwealth United Mortgage, Bank United, Streamline Mortgage, Prime Lending, and New American Funding. During her career, she realized her passion lies in serving senior citizens to maximize their income as homeowners. Shana’s passion prompted her to take on a role with Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage as a Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional (CRMP). Shana specializes in offering reverse mortgages to meet the needs of seniors seeking to fund their retirement and other expenses.

She was born in Lake Havasu City, AZ, and moved to Southern California in 1989. In 2022, she returned to Lake Havasu to be closer to her aging parents. She enjoys boating with her two sons, aged 20 and 24, during the summer and riding “side-by-sides” with them in the cooler months. Living and working in a retirement community presents challenges but is equally rewarding. Apart from her dedication to the senior community, Shana is an active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), Women’s Council of Realtors, Bullhead City Boards of Realtors, Elks Lodge, and the National Aging in Place Council (NAIPC).

Shana has her licenses in Arizona, California, and Nevada. She is one of two hundred Certified Reverse Mortgage professionals in the nation but is the only one in Mohave and Yavapai counties in Arizona.
