About Me

Brad Dela Cruz is licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, and Washington, and brings nearly three decades of financial experience to his work— twenty years of which have been dedicated exclusively to reverse mortgages. Widely regarded as a trusted expert, Brad earned multiple President’s Club honors while helping build reverse mortgage divisions at Bank of America, Wells Fargo, MetLife Bank, and Countrywide. When the major banks exited the reverse mortgage space, Brad remained committed to serving seniors — and today, he is the specialist whom private bankers and branch managers continue to call when their clients need thoughtful, expert guidance.

Brad is deeply connected to the professional community, working closely with financial advisors and CPAs active in the Financial Planning Association of Los Angeles, NAIFA-Los Angeles, NAPFA West Region and Southern California study groups, and CalCPA chapters across the state. He is also a respected resource within the estate planning and fiduciary world, supporting members of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), the Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and South Bay Estate Planning Councils, the Professional Fiduciary Association of California(PFAC), and other senior-focused professional networks.

On the real estate side, Brad partners with agents affiliated with Greater Los Angeles REALTORS® (GLAR),the Malibu Association of REALTORS®, the South Bay Association of REALTORS® (SBAOR), and the Palos Verdes Peninsula Association of REALTORS®. As a former Certified Senior Advisor (CSA®), he naturally aligns with the goals of professionals who hold SRES® and CSA® designations and supports their clients with clarity, empathy, and true expertise.

Professionals choose Brad because he’s straightforward, communicative, and exceptionally protective of their client relationships. He always coordinates with the referring advisor first, ensuring transparency and alignment every step of the way. Clients appreciate his warm, pressure-free approach and leave feeling heard, supported, and confident in their decisions.

Born in Hawaii and raised in Southern California, Brad is approaching his 25th wedding anniversary. Now enjoying “empty-nest” life with his wife, he fills his free time hydrofoil surfing, scuba diving, paddleboarding, taking long walks with their two Shar-Peis, and embracing spontaneous weekend trips whenever possible.

For financial advisors, CPAs, fiduciaries, estate planning attorneys, and senior-focused REALTORS® seeking one reverse mortgage expert they can trust completely, Brad and his dedicated team are that resource — experienced, reliable, and truly committed to serving the senior community with excellence. Homeowners, if you’re ready to learn more, give Brad a call today—he’s here to help you directly with the integrity and expertise you deserve.
